Beat those back-to-school blues with another bird walk in the park. September is an exciting month as we say goodbye to the summer visitors. We may see some unusual autumn migrants, who knows!

Thanks for your interest Sheila. The only problem with holding the walks later is the fact that bird activity tends to drop off by late morning and in addition the park gets very busy with dog walkers and other park users by then making birdwatching rather difficult. I'm open to suggestions as to how to get round this problem and am very flexible so if anyone out there wishes to comment please feel free!

This is such a lovely thing to do, but the time clashes with the 10am church service in St Bart's, on the corner of the park. When you do the next one, could you possibly hold it at 11.15 and then more of us could join you? We would advertise it in the church newsletter too. Thanks a lot.
