Completing and returning the questionnaire below will help the council with feedback on what we want from the play area:

St Andrews Park Play Area Improvement Project
Play Pathfinders Questionnaire

Bristol City Council has received £ 65,000 from the Department of Children, Schools and Families through the Play Pathfinder Programme to develop the play area in St Andrews Park. We are now working with Bristol Parks to find out how local people use this play area, how satisfied they are with it and what ideas they have for its improvement. What you and local children tell us on this survey and at any follow up meetings, will very directly influence the development of the play area.
Consultation and Project Timeline:
Please note the following deadlines.
February 2009 – March 2009: Consult with children and young people and their families, local residents and community groups. Collect and analyse the information and ideas you give us by 14th April 2009 and develop them in to designs for the play area.
May 2009 – June 2009: Report findings and initial design ideas back to you
September 2009 – Start of improvement works in the park.

Please answer as many questions as you can. They will help us better understand how to improve the play areas for the whole community. All responses will be treated as confidential and thank you in advance for your help.
