Minutes for meeting dated 26/01/2008.

I tried, unsuccessfully, to get some changes to the minutes through before Sarah left for her holidays. They were:
- The sum in item 4b) was £13,300 rather than £12,000
- Item 4c) should have read 'New signatories to bank a/c required. Also 2 signatures to be required on cheques.'
- Item 5e) should have started with the wording 'The pond - negotiations continue with provisional contractor.'

On a separate note, I contacted Chris Hammond about the state of the 2 noticeboards in the park and he will be replacing the perspex which has been defaced & broken.
