Not directly relevant to the Park, but very relevant to St Andrews residents who are Friends of the Park.

There's a proposal to narrow the exit from North Road onto Cromwell Road (by the God is Love church). It means that cars coming through the cut-through by the Grecian Kebab House from Cheltenham Road can no longer filter through the traffic queuing on North Road for the lights and turn up Cromwell Road using the left-hand lane (because there will be no left-hand lane), but will instead get stuck in the queue. This is a Bad Thing. Please see https://bristol.citizenspace.com/city-development/junction-proposals-north-road-cromwell-road/consult_viewand e-mail your views to highways.traffic@bristol.gov.uk and e-mail your views to highways.traffic@bristol.gov.uk before Sept 28th.

Thanks for this Toby. The proposals will make quite a different experience for pedestrians & car users, so it is in everyone's interest to read them and respond.
