This striking caterpillar is part of the expanding park's diversity. Its main food host is the Ragwort (Senecio). The moth it becomes is just as striking with black and cinnabar red wings. It is a moth that flies in the daytime and, like many brightly coloured moths, is seldom eaten by predators. No-one has yet posted the moth on this site, so have a look at it here, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cinnabar_moth
