A leaf cutter bee collecting pollen from knapweed in the perennial meadow, July 6th '16

This is probably Megachile willughbiella - Willughby's Leafcutter Bee. Female Leafcutter bees cut out sections of leaves and use them to construct a line of nest cells in each of which she lays an egg.
