Never
What is it about St Andrews Park you like
Memories. I was born in Bristol and during WW 2 lived in Richmond Road Montpelier. not far from the Park. I remember the Band Stand. and also when my late wife and I were courting we spent many happy hours summer and bitterly cold winter evenings sat on the seat just next to the sun Dial. I have not visited the St Andrews Park for many years, but intend to visit hopefully very soon. The park holds wonderful memories for me right back to during the war.

Hi Jim,

Welcome to the website, and hopefully to the park itself very soon.

You are not alone in remembering the bandstand and sundial - our Heritage and Appearances group (see groups tab) are often asked about the 'Victorian features' the park used to have. Perhaps you will post some reminiscences about those days - I am sure people would be interested.

We look forward to meeting you sometime - in the meantime, we hope you enjoy the park through the website,

Jo (membership co-ordinator )
