Hi Naomi,

I will try to find out more; I believe it is planned for Thursday 18th December and it begins at 6.30 p.m. While it is to be lower key than previously, As it will be held in a public park  I believe anyone can attend. Maybe someone reading this comment will give us more information.....

This year St Barts is not organising a Christmas Carol concert. 

However, I believe a meeting to sing carols in the park is being organised; perhaps this is by yourself?

If so, do you want to post it as an event on this website?
