Usual working days are Tuesdays & Thursdays

We would love to see more of you joining us on our rides.   Some of you have braved the less than tempting weather and I think, enjoyed the ride nonetheless.  If we can do something to entice more of you to join us, (can't do much about the weather I'm afraid) do let me know and we'll see what we can do.

Just to remind you of the rides the Autumn programme is below.  Please contact Julie or the ride leader if you would like to join a ride.
If you would like to come along but are unsure of where the meet point is or of how to get there by bike, please let us know we will do our best to help you.
We now have bikes we can loan & also an electric bike to try out -
 just contact Julie to organise.

 The Autumn programme is here.

Hi all

I've been asked to promote a Life Cycle event coming up soon, so here it is.......

Join Life Cycle for an inspiring evening with human-powered adventurer, author and world-record breaker Dave Cornthwaite, on Thursday 19th September.

Dave’s adventures include pedalling a Bikecar across America, skateboarding across Australia, Stand Up Paddleboarding the Mississippi and swimming the Missouri – all as part of his Expedition1000 project; twenty five journeys of at least 1000 miles in length, each one using a different method of non-motorised transport.

Recently returned from a 1700 mile expedition around Europe by elliptical bicycle and having just published his third book to rave reviews, Dave is an inspiring and energising speaker so please join us on Thursday 19th September, 7:30pm at the Hen & Chicken, Southville, Bristol as Dave encourages us all to 'Say Yes More!'

Tickets are just £5 if booked in advance and available to book online now via the Life Cycle website. All proceeds will go towards supporting Life Cycle.

Hope to see you there!

Julie
